Unable to Submit License Inquiry via Website – Requesting Commercial License Information

Hello,

I’ve been trying to inquire about a commercial license for YOLO.
About two weeks ago, I submitted a message via the contact form on the website, but I haven’t received a response.
I also tried the license request form, but the Submit button did not work on either PC or mobile, so I couldn’t send it that way.

I’d like to know more about the Enterprise License. Specifically:

  1. Pricing for the license.
  2. Whether it’s subscription-based or one-time purchase (one-time preferred).
  3. Who is expected to hold the license — developer, end user, or both.

If this is not the right place to ask, I’d appreciate it if you could point me to the correct contact method.
Thank you!

Hello @takikomi,

Thank you for reaching out and for your interest in an Ultralytics Enterprise License. My apologies for the trouble you’ve experienced with our website forms.

Our Enterprise License is an annual subscription held by the legal entity developing the end product. The pricing is tailored to your specific use case and organization size. You can review the full terms in our Enterprise Software License Agreement.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to connecting with you.

Thank you for your response.

I attempted to send an email to licensing@ultralytics.com, but it was returned with an “Address not found” error.
Could you please confirm the correct contact email address or advise on the best way to get in touch?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

My sincere apologies for the continued trouble you’re having reaching our team. The license request form on our website is the primary channel for all enterprise inquiries.

I have flagged the issue with the form submission to our web team, and they are investigating it.

To answer your questions directly, the Enterprise License is an annual subscription held by the legal entity developing the commercial product. Pricing is tailored to your specific use case and company size. For more details on the terms, you can review the Ultralytics Enterprise Software License Agreement.

We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the website issue. Please try the form again shortly.

Hello Takikomi, I’d be happy to assist you directly. Please send an email to jordan@ultralytics.com

Thank you very much for providing the email address.
I’ve already sent an email to the licensing team and received a response, so I’d like to continue the discussion over email from here on.

Since the email address is personal contact information, feel free to make this post private or remove it if appropriate.

By the way, regarding the contact form, it seems that entering a phone number prevents the form from being submitted — the cursor over the Submit button doesn’t change to the hand shape when a phone number is entered. I hope this information is helpful for debugging.

Thank you again for your kind and thorough support!

Hello @takikomi,

Thank you for the update, and I’m glad to hear you’ve successfully connected with our licensing team.

We really appreciate you taking the time to report the issue with the phone number field on our license request form. I’ll be sure to pass this valuable feedback along to our web team to investigate.

Best of luck with your project

I am another user and continue to experience the same problem already reported. I cannot submit the license application form. It seems to fail to click the submit button and the reCapture fails after some time. In addition, I have tried on PC-based and mobile web platforms and on various browsers. I don’t think the problem has been solved yet. Is there another way to contact you? Can I also send the request to the personal email indicated?

Thanks for the heads-up, and sorry for the trouble with the form and reCAPTCHA. Please use the Ultralytics License request page to get routed to the right team; if the Submit button still fails, try the Contact form and select Licensing as the topic. See Ultralytics License and Contact Us pages for the correct entry points.

Quick answers to your questions:

  • Pricing: tailored to your org and use case.
  • Model: annual subscription (Enterprise), not one-time.
  • Holder: the legal entity (your company); it covers your team and approved subcontractors per scope.

If you continue to hit form issues, briefly describe your use case and company details in the Contact form and we’ll follow up within 24–72 hours. References: Ultralytics License and Enterprise Software License Terms.
